As a self-proclaimed chef who loves both food and desserts, Michael Rustin has enjoyed sharing his talents of cooking and baking for friends and family for as long as he can remember and now, he would like to share these same amazing tastes and flavors with you.

 

Coming from a family of bakers and cake decorators, Michael has a love for baked goods that runs deep. While he specializes in “Cheesecakes Extraordinaire,” he strives to provide you with the most mouthwatering confections you have ever tasted. These range from a plethora of cheesecakes, cakes, cookies, and specialty items, with many desserts yet to be created. With most cheesecakes and cakes, you will find he uses a “Top Down” approach in that you can enjoy the flavors of the dessert immediately without even cutting one slice.

 

Michael loves to collaborate with his customers to understand their needs and create a unique experience which helps meet and exceed their requests. He does this by pushing the envelope, using fresh ingredients, meeting their color palates, and adding special personalized touches for their events. He believes there are no limits to what can be created, just one-of-a-kind opportunities to bring forth amazing sweets.​
